My experience with Coffee Enema

Let's talk about Bum-Bum, Ehem!  Let's talk about Coffee Enema!

I have struggled with sugar addiction, mood swing, and bloating most of my 30s and 40s. And with the never ending drugs and poison that are pumped into my body regularly, my liver suffers.

I get constipation too after chemo, so toxins are literally sitting in my colon and this affects my entire body.

The coffee enema has been around since the 1940s and has endless applications for vibrant health. Palmitates in coffee increase the production of GST (glutathione s-transferese) by up to 700 times. These powerful free-radical-quenching enzymes assist your liver to more effectively detoxify your entire body, which in turn allows your body to function as it was created to, and to heal and recover from all health issues.

If you do the research, you will find that many kinds of poisons, like pthalates from plastics, and heavy metals are very difficult to get out of the body. Not only that, but the toxic load in our bodies is continually being added to every day through seen and unseen sources.

I have not done coffee enemas long, only for half a year.

The benefits have been incredible. The coffee stimulates bile flow and increases enzymatic action of the liver. It is the same reason that milk thistle is also recommended for it's liver cleansing properties.

Don’t get me wrong though — I was scared, really really scared to try it for the first time!
After I got the coffee enema kit, courtesy from my mom's cousin.  I think it sat untouched for half a year because I was terrified of starting.

The thing is - once your “why” is stronger than your fear, you’ll spend more time focusing on your why, rather than being paralyzed by your fear.

Seems pretty simple, but it’s true. When you’re ready to find out more info on the coffee enema -- you’ll try it, you’ll do it. Because the benefits far outweigh the fear.

The non scientific benefits I can personally attest to are:

  • Clearer skin
  • Less sugar cravings
  • Easier bowel movements
  • Less bloating
  • Mood enhancer/stability

When coffee is used as an enema, it is absorbed through the descending colon and into the hemorrhoidal vein, where it is transported to the portal vein, and directly into the liver. After a coffee enema, glutathione s-transferase enzyme (the enzyme system that removes free radicals from the bloodstream) increases by 600-700%. Every cell of blood in the body passes through the liver every three minutes. Retaining the coffee solution for 12-15 minutes each time a coffee enema is used is essential to gain the full benefit of the dialysis that occurs:

  • Removal of toxins, including releasing headaches/migraines
  • Detoxification of the liver and colon
  • Pain reliever
  • Constipation relief
  • Aids in release of depression and anxiety
  • Increased energy levels
  • Improves digestion

Organic enema coffee contains the alkaloid theophylline, which dilates blood vessels, increasing blood dialysis across the colon wall. The therapeutic action of the coffee enema is to improve the abilities of the liver and gallbladder to remove toxins and cancerous metabolic byproducts by stimulating the flow of bile and increasing the enzymatic action of the liver. Increased blood supply to the intestinal tract improves muscle tone and digestion, as well as the elimination processes.

Historically, coffee enemas have been used to treat ailments ranging from cancer to depression as coffee enemas stimulate detoxification enzymes in the liver and increase its detox capacity. Coffee enemas can also:

  • Detoxify and improve glutathione levels
  • Ease PMS symptoms such as cramping and bloating
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Banish candida
  • Boost energy
  • Contribute to hormone regulation
  • Improve mental clarity and focus
  • Reduce chronic pain
  • Improve skin health

Have a read bout the amazing benefits of Coffee Enema.  It will change your life, trust me.
